"Shopping was good, but no help when needed.i also wanted a confirmation, on paper, for my 20% discount the manager offered me last year. I have no name and no way to redeem. I really think the same woman in the fitting room this last time was the same rude one from last year, from when i was given that discount. She still doesn't even offer help to customers, she just stands there, usually doing absolutely nothing! She won't stop me from going to your store though,ignorance will not deter me from getting things i love and enjoy from Gordmans my daughter loves your store also. She will not steal our joy. She is Caucasian, older female."

"This use to be my favorite store but because I'm a big girl and my pants that I always get compliments are not available anymore I will have to look else where"
"Not very good. Don't know that I would drive 10 miles again to shop there. All the merchandise I purchased was rung up at an incorrect sale price. Do to not being able to see what the items were being rung up at until I paid for all of it and had the receipt I did not know I was being overcharged by 25%. I had to have everything refunded, rang up again at the correct sale price and then get my refund of the difference. It took twice as long to get checked out than it should have. Clerks need to get more training on how to ring sale items up."

"I was shopping with my granddaughter for school clothes sales and we found many. We love shopping together and Gordman's is the first stop we make. However this time I did apply for the Gordman credit card and enjoyed the 10% off. Our sales lady at check was amazing and explained all bennies having the card. Great store, great day."
"The store opened 15 minutes late that day! Myself and other people were waiting for a while! When I tried to check out there was 1 Register open and cashier rudely told me she was in the middle of a transaction with nobody standing there! Turns out a lady wanted to return items and went looking for other items! I stood there for about 10 minutes only to find out that the cashier hadn't even started the return process and could have easily checked me out while she sent the other customer back a 2nd time to find items! Only when she noticed that I was obviously getting upset she called for another cashier which took another 5 minutes for someone to come! Very disappointed from this visit and had my blood boiling! Store usually does better! Not acceptable!"
